欧盟化妆品PIF报告讲解

欧盟化妆品新法规(EC) No 1223/2009规定了欧盟境内销售的化妆品必须制定一套产 品的资料档案(Product InformationFile, PIF) ，并随时供官方当局查询。该资料档案包含产品、生产厂商和责任人的全部信息且须时时更新。

与目前的产品资料套装(PIP)相似，将包括化妆品安全报告和一-份GMP符合性声明。

根据现行指令76/768/EEC已经通报的产品也需要提供符合新法规的PIF.

在后一批产品投放市场后由责任人保存10年。

The PIF must include the following data/PIF报告必须包含以下资料:

1:Product description 

2:Product name 

3:Unique Intermal formulation reference 

4:Language variations

5:Product function

6:Finished product specification

7:Primary and secondary art W ork

8:Cosmetic Product Safety Report

9:Method of manufacture/GMP statement

10:Proof of effect

11:Animal testing data

12:MSDS of Ingredients/ finished product

13:Test report: Microbiological test result , stability test result

14:IFRA statement and allergen list if a perfume is used

PIF报告主要是审核产品资料是否齐全, CPSR报告以及CPSR包含的资料,是PIF的核心，因此，要做PIF报告 ，首先得先完成CPSR报告才能做。
